What happens when you combine two towering infernos of creativity? Well, you get this psychedelic rocking equation: The Flaming Lips + Deap Vally = Deap Lips.

You could say the seeds of Deap Lips were first planted many years ago, when Lindsey Troy and Julie Edwards of LA Rock & Roll duo Deap Vally each fell in love with the music of the Flaming Lips. A chance encounter at a Wolfmother show whilst Flaming Lips man, Wayne Coyne was scouting for the world’s biggest gummy then sealed the deal.
