Kids See Ghosts is the third of five new album projects from Kanye West. The album's artwork was designed by Japanese artist Takashi Murakami, known for coining the postmodern art movement “Superflat” influenced by the cartoon-like style of manga and anime. "The psychic bond between Kanye West and Kid Cudi yields a spacious and melancholy album about brokenness—thoughts are fragmented, relationships are ended, and societal ties are cut."
