Making Dinked history with a hattrick of editions, the third album from the certified Resident faves (and previous Album of the Year winners), is a salient set of immaculately constructed indie-dance-pop, that’s very much alive and of the moment.

And so our obsession continues…

As joyous, propulsive and arresting as ever, ‘Every Inch of Earth Pulsates’ is meticulously composed, delicately layered and pristinely produced (now by Sheffield’s Ross Orton, known for his work with MIA, Arctic Monkeys and Working Men’s Club). There’s undoubtedly a poppier, early-noughties energy burning through this album and the band frequently occupy anthemic indie territory, with rousing choruses, euphoric lashes of synths and a vocal deliveries that are festival headline worthy. The record’s blistering intensity is exquisitely balanced with deeply considered and more conventional songs that they handle with ease.

It’s pretty clear that this set will absolutely slay on stage. TFFT. As W.H.Lung on stage is an inimitable, beatific experience.

‘and we’ll dance into the sunrise’…
