The second BBC bank holiday special, 'From Us To You', was recorded on 28th February 1964 at BBC Piccadilly Studios and broadcast on Easter Monday March 30th.

It was hosted by light programme DJ Alan Freeman and featured the first ever performance of You Can’t Do That, which had only been recorded two days previously. The song was briefly considered for their next single, but was eventually relegated to the B-side of Can’t Buy Me Love, released on March 16th. Two bonus tracks, Boys and Long Tall Sally, are included here from the August 1964 show
