A bold claim in the context of such an illustrious career but it’s quite possible this will be hailed as Gaz’s crowning glory.

It certainly solidifies his status as one of the UK’s most consistently imaginative, enduring and effortlessly classy artists. The instrumentation throughout the third part of this trilogy (following 2015’s Mercury / Ivor Novello nominated ‘Matador’ and 2018’s ‘World’s Strongest Man’) both references and develops the sonic palettes and lyrical themes of its predecessors. A rich and nuanced sonic tapestry featuring additional contributions from members of Gaz’s live band.

"All of Gaz’s solo albums have been wonderful and he’s growing as a songwriter with every release via his moving, personal lyrics and his indomitable ear for a perfect melody. It’s a play in its entirety album, every track is a triumph and all have been beautifully produced. Catch him live if you can!" - Jude
