We’ve never heard an album like this before! With a delicate touch, Edwyn writes intimate, powerful lyrics across a flexing backdrop of arrangements that sway from swaggering rock & roll to tender folk lullabies.

Edwyn Collins is back with his 10th solo album. Out via his own AED Records, the 11-track album was recorded at his Clashnarrow Studio in Helmsdale, North East Scotland and was co-produced by Edwyn with Sean Read & Jake Hutton, who all play on the album. Also featuring James Walbourne on guitar, William Collins on bass, Carwyn Ellis on guitar, Lena Wright and Bianca White on backing vocals and including two co-writes – ‘The Mountains Are My Home’ with Carwyn and ‘Strange Old World’ with William. Talking about the track, 'Knowledge', Edwyn said: 'Knowledge' is something I think about. I used to be quite brainy, still am in a way. But knowledge is wisdom, combined with all the things you’ve learned. I think, I hope I’ve learned a lot."
