BLOOD HOT (10th Anniversary Edition)

limited gold lp in gatefold sleeve with lyric booklet - £24.99 | Pre Order
‘‘Blood Hot’ is inimitably confident; it’s slow and psychedelic at times, while being loud and ready to fill a stadium at others.

The Toronto-born, London-based artist’s gauzy, druggy, smouldering vocals effortlessly fuse with dark, edgy beats & guitar lines to draw us into another blissful psych haze on her glorious 2nd solo outing.

It’s been nearly a decade since the sultry songstress first slinked her way into our hearts with her Alan McGee-released debut ‘Blood Hot’ & since then she has worked on a lengthy list of critically-acclaimed collaborations with the smoky-psych maestro that is Brian Jonestown Massacre’s Anton Newcombe (most recently on the duo’s self-titled 2018 LP which barely left the Resident stereo). ‘And Those Who Were Seen Dancing’ is her long-awaited new full-length solo offering & as you might imagine, we’re thrilled to be offering it as part of the carefully curated Dinked Edition range.

“The lesson I have learned the most is that words are spells. If I didn’t know it before, I know it now for sure. I only want to put good out into the universe” – Tess Parks
