Elaine Howley’s debut solo album ‘The Distance Between Heart and Mouth‘ is the product of an audio diary kept on a 4 track cassette machine. It recreates the intimacy of a radio show filled with Howley’s favourite sounds, palettes & textures; effortlessly joining the dots between pop & experimentation over nine patient, spontaneous, self-recorded & produced tracks.
