Brian ‘BC Camplight’ Christinzio delivers yet another extraordinary & unique work of dark observational humour, splintered melodies & cerebral song structures - Genius!.
We’d really rather he didn’t keep having to go through these traumatic life experiences in order to be able to produce such great works though (this one was informed by his crumbling engagement and his long-term struggles with addiction and declining mental health). Brian describes the striking outcome as “more cinematic, sophisticated and nuanced than anything I’ve done before. And more desperate”. Quite a statement! But it holds true and hopefully will earn him more and more new, adoring fans.
