we were massive fans of their 2013 debut, 'Grin' & thankfully,this one picks up right where that left off. It's a tight, focused & well structured set that may be a bit brighter & a tad more optimistic but the tension, intensity & the energy is still very much at the core of their immense sound. fans of hookworms, pulled apart by horses, sauna youth or parquet courts - take note! "You can tell this is a record made by actual humans, wrestling control of their instruments amid ear-splitting volume while remaining confident that the results will be worthwhile...a collection truly worth clutching tight" 8/10 - drowned in sound.
