We work really hard to turn all orders around quickly & efficiently & take great care to ensure products have the best chance of reaching you in the mint condition they leave here in.
We send parcels every week day, Monday – Friday, via Royal Mail second class post.
We ship international orders twice a week, on Tuesdays & Fridays.
NEW RELEASE DELIVERY
If you order a new release for delivery, we always aim to get it to you for the Friday of release but please be aware that this is dependent on the stock getting to us in time to turn this around & it's then reliant on the postal service delivering to you swiftly.
Preorders are shipped & charged for individually, regardless of their release date. We do not combine orders as with the nature of ever fluctuating release dates, this is the most efficient way for us to keep on top of orders.
Pressing plants are under immense pressure at the moment, so many vinyl releases are being delayed. We try to keep the expected release dates on our website up to date but we aren't always told in advance of release date changes.
All post is sent via Royal Mail with the exception of international parcels weighing over 2KG (including packaging). We send these via courier, often UPS/FedEx for USA and DPD/Parcelforce for Europe. We avoid Yodel/Hermes/Evri, as we are aware of the issues with their service levels.
Due to issues with systems integration (which we are hoping to address in the future), we’re not currently registered in IOSS, or any other scheme. It is also fraudulent for us to under-declare the value of your parcels to avoid customs fees or local taxes, so please don’t ask us to do this.
