“This Is Where We Fall” features three original Mitski tracks not available anywhere else, and exclusive cover art by Vincent Kings.

Mitski composed the score for the graphic novel, "This Is Where We Fall". Written by Chris Miskiewicz and Vincent Kings, the sci-fi Western was published by Z2 Comics on May 5th, 2021 along with the synchronous release of the three-song EP. In an interview with The Rolling Stone, Mitski described the process as "exciting": “It allowed me to work outside of my usual songwriting form and try to approach it like a score, but without any of the cues that come with working alongside a moving image, which ended up being both freeing and challenging."
